At Access Computing Solutions we are here to help our customers - they are our business!  We appreciate that when people call us it is because they have a problem that needs resolving in order for them to continue working efficiently and the quicker this can be done the better!

Our support centre is manned by engineers so you should get an answer to your query in one phone call.  If we cannot fix your problem over the phone or by remote access we will assign an engineer to attend site and book an appointment there and then.  Our Contract customers benefit from guaranteed response times for telephone, remote assistance and onsite support.

Our Contracts can be labour only or parts inclusive and our engineers carry a wide variety of components allowing us to get you up and running again as quickly as possible.
