We hope that all our products reach our clients in perfect condition but if you have an issue with an item you have received please contact us immediately and we will try and resolve the problem.

We would like to remind customers that we are a trade company and sell business to business. Our terms and conditions reflect this and can be found here.

Please check all packaging carefully for signs of damage and do not sign for goods which are missing or damaged without marking as such.   please contact us straight away with any delivery issues.

If you are unsure as to the compatibility of a product or if it is what you need please speak to us first before you order and we would be happy to advise.  We cannot accept returns for non-faulty goods where there is any damage to the exterior packaging and it is not in re-saleable condition.  We are not obliged to accept returns for non-faulty goods and any returns we do accept will be at your cost.  We may charge a re-estocking fee.

Should we agree to accept a return we will forward you an RMA form which will need to be completed and sent back to us BEFORE you return your goods.  Do not return any goods to us without an RMA number, which will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of your RMA form.  Any goods returned to us not displaying a valid RMA number will be refused.
